JHOW CLAIMS AND RETURNS WORK
You can return any unworn and undamaged goods within 30 days of ordering.
Please fill in this return form: Dotazník pro vrácení zboží.
Please pack the goods so that they do not get damaged and send them back to our address: Wool Soul s.r.o., Záběhlická 3212/90, Prague 10, 106 00 together with the completed return form. We will return the amount for the purchased goods to you no later than 7 working days after receiving the goods.
CLAIMS AND REPAIRS
If the hem is torn, please send the item back to us and we will adjust the hem for you free of charge and return the repaired item back. We have 30 days to complete this repair. Please contact us in this case by email: firstname.lastname@example.org or email@example.com
The normal wear and tear of the material and the natural properties of the material and are not considered grounds for a complaint.
WITHDRAWAL FROM CONTRACT

Send unworn and undamaged goods in their original condition together with a copy of the proof of purchase and a completed and signed withdrawal form to the address Wool Soul s.r.o., Záběhlická 3212/90, Prague 10, 106 00. Do not send cash on delivery.
If you are a consumer, according to § 1829, paragraph 1 of the Civil Code, you have the right to return the purchased goods without giving a reason, within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods. The period of 14 days begins the following calendar day after receiving the goods. If the deadline ends on a weekend or holiday, the next working day is taken as the last day of the deadline. As part of the extended period, we offer returns up to 30 days from receipt (see terms and conditions).
We will process the return as soon as possible after the delivery of the returned goods.
